Gilda's Toronto invites all family members with children and youth under 18 years to join us for a summer family picnic in the park. In hopes of maintaining connections and bonds over the summer months, families are invited to pack their own individual family picnic and join us at the park!

Bring you chairs, blankets, and any outdoor games and sporting activities that you feel would be fun, and together we will create some summer memories with friendships in the park!

Facilitator: Tory Hagerman (she/her), CCLS, BA.,
Tory has been the facilitator at Gilda's Toronto for six years. As a Certified Child Life Specialist, Tory focuses on supporting children, youth and families in psychosocial oncology within the clinical, community and home settings. Tory is passionate about providing family-centered care while supporting the health equity and psychosocial needs of children, youth & families to be included and informed through life experiences such as illness, dying and death.
