Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a deep relaxation and meditation practice. It is a healing state where the mind and body relax while consciousness remains aware.  Although not actual sleep, one session can feel like a full night's sleep, offering deep energetic healing.

The session involves guided relaxation, leading from external awareness to inner consciousness. No physical activity is required; just listen and follow along!
