Awaken your senses and experience awareness through a gentle hour of mindful movement, breath, sound, and guided meditation to find relaxation, healing from within, improved energy and relief from the stress of pain and discomfort; progress to balance, strength, and general well-being. Open to all levels of experience using a mat or chair and we welcome beginners! Research has suggested that yoga has several health benefits including stress management, supporting mental and emotional health, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and sleep. Our yoga is open to individuals living with cancer, their caregivers, as well as individuals whose loved one has died from cancer.
